Tiffany A. Carty is a retired U.S. Army Officer and experienced executive with over 25 years of government, human resources, operations, and leadership experience.

She is the Founder and CEO of ANG Business Services LLC, specializing in workforce development, HR management, government contracting, training, compliance, and EEO investigative services.

Tiffany holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Human Resources and Project Management. Her certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, SHRM Human Resource Management, Contracting Officer Representative, Strategic Organizational Leadership, and EEO Training for New Investigators.
